If you would like access to our Patient Health Portal, but have not yet signed up, please contact our office at 517-236-7090 or email us at GreatVision@EYESOptometryBoutique.com to get your login information.
You will be able to access a lot of information via the portal, including: your glasses and contact lens prescriptions, your invoices and receipts, upcoming appointments, etc.
